Cancellation and Punctuality Policy 

When you book your tutoring session, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students. To be respectful of your fellow students, please contact Manisha Sahdev (078252 88271 or manisha@ixltutors.com) as soon as you know you will not be able to make your tutoring session. 

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Tutoring sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student’s access to that time. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to one tutoring session. Students can reschedule or cancel lessons using their login above.  

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your tutoring session, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you, in which case the fee will not need to be paid.
